Ronald Reagan National Airport

Located south of the city along the Potomac River and offers a full range of domestic flights by major, regional and commuter carriers. Also available on the yellow and blue subway lines. Cabs to downtown cost about $12 to $15. SuperShuttle also offers shared-access van service.

Ronald Reagan National Airport is located in D.C., five kilometers from Washington, D.C. It was officially opened in 1941 and was originally called Washington National Airport, but in 1998 it was renamed after the famous President of the United States.

This airport has three terminals, between which there are free shuttle buses. There are parking lots near each terminal, and there is an economy version of parking for passengers who plan to leave their cars for a long time.The area of the airport is more than seven hectares.

There is also a pharmacy, Wi-Fi zone, cafeteria, duty-free store, post offices and Lost and Found. It should be noted that the Ronald Reagan Airport does not have luggage storage facilities. The airport’s annual passenger traffic exceeds 17 million people.
